4 cups cooked and chilled quinoa3 green onions, thinly sliced3-4 tbsp coconut aminos1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil DIRECTIONS Bake chicken breast with sprinkle of salt and pepper at 375F for 25 minutes until 165F inside.Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat until melted. Add egg, and cook until scrambled, stirring occasionally.Remove egg, and transfer to a separate plate.Add an additional 1 tablespoon oil to the pan and heat until melted.
