We’ve all had those moments in life. Sour cream moments. Perhaps your last one was a dollop of the stuff on a bowl of chili. Or half a cup of it beaten into a coffeecake batter. Whatever it was, the moment was probably delicious. And fleeting. But then comes the aftermath: A half-used container of sour cream, staring you in the face every time you opened the fridge.
